Relational Needs Satisfaction Scale 

Relational Needs Satisfaction Scale (RNSS) is a new scale for measuring satisfaction of relational needs according to the theory of Richard G. Erskine. The scale was developed by Gregor Žvelc and Karolina Jovanoska.  The scale consists of 20 items and measures five main dimensions of relational needs: 1) Authenticity, 2) Support and Protection, 3) Having an Impact, 4) Shared Experience, 5) Initiative from the other (Žvelc, Jovanoska, & Žvelc, 2020). The overall score of relational needs satisfaction can also be calculated.

Workplace Relational Needs Satisfaction Scale (W-RNSS)

The Workplace Relational Needs Satisfaction Scale (W-RNSS) is an adapted version of the RNSS (Žvelc et al. 2020). RNSS’s original items were modified to pertain specifically to relationships with coworkers. The scale retains the same 5-point rating scale and scoring system as the original RNSS.
