SUMMARY:Two-Year Training in Mindfulness- and Compassion-Oriented Integrative Psychotherapy (MCIP)
DESCRIPTION:\nHybrid format: in-person (Ljubljana\, Slovenia) and online\nTwo-year training course (2026/2027) \nCourse leaders:\nProf. Gregor Žvelc and assist. prof. Maša Žvelc \nAbout the Training\nMCIP training is advanced psychotherapy training designed for mental health professionals and psychotherapists with an established practice in psychotherapy or counselling. It is open to certified psychotherapists and clinicians\, as well as to psychotherapists in clinical training who work with clients under supervision. \nThe training consists of 120 hours of professional training per year. The program includes didactic teaching\, case presentation\, live demonstrations\, relational group process\, the supervised practice of skills in small groups\, and analyses of transcripts.\nThe schedule for first year of training is available at: https://www.ipsa.si/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/MCIP-SCHEDULE-FIRST-YEAR-20262027.pdf \nThe training leads toward the certificate in Mindfulness- and compassion-oriented integrative psychotherapy (MCIP). \nApplications\nEnrollment for the first year of MCIP training is open.
